IF YOU ARE HAVING PROBLEMS CONNECTING TO THE WEBCLIENT
OPEN the C drive and in it should be a SoulSplit 1 cache just delete it. and reload the page the cache should download correctly
and it will then be fixed.

Still not fixed your java version may be too low. this server for some reason works best with java 21. so just update your jre
at this page http://www.java.com/en/download/
